This season of video game inspired movies takes to the skies with “Wing Commander” starring Freddie Prince Jr., Saffron Burrows and Matthew Lillard. This movie came out in early 1999 and set the bar as to how bad a Star Wars inspired movie could be. A few months later “The Phantom Menace” said hold my beer. This movie has space battles, sort of. Space drama, kind of. And space Cats, kind of, sort of. It’s a terrible movie. Enjoy.
